Return Policy
We are happy to accept returns for an exchange or store credit only. Our return policy is 60 days.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. If you are in our receipt system, we can look up your order, otherwise a proof of receipt is appreciated.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Printed materials such as books, patterns, magazines
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards- expire 1 year from purchase date
• Downloadable PDFs (patterns)
• Needles and Hooks
